Hi Heather, Thanks for a great Reiki II workshop. I really enjoyed the weekend and felt a lovely sense of calm throughout it. The attunement was special and I can't really describe in words how I felt afterwards. During the attunement I experienced surprising sensations and visions. I felt a deep pressure in my forehead accompanied by tingling in my spine and hands, and at one point it really felt as though someone was touching my face. I found it a very relaxing experience and when it was over I felt deeply peaceful.

Who is it for?

Reiki II is the next step to take if you are interested in strengthening the energy you are channelling to help others and/or if you would like to focus on making more specific changes in any area of your life.  

What will I learn?

Reiki II will give you a very thorough understanding of how to work with energy at this more advanced, professional level. 

You will learn how to develop your intuition and give distant treatments, and a variety of effective new ways of using Reiki (if practised regularly) to improve every aspect of your life both at home and at work, as well as how to give more powerful and effective treatments to others. 

You will learn how to use Reiki to support people and situations you are concerned about and connect with them as though you were actually there with them, even if they are hundreds of miles away. 

You will also learn how to focus Reiki energy in powerful new ways to help specific mental and emotional challenges / distress in yourself and others, to help clear negativity / trauma from the past and from your physical environment, to help change beliefs, habits and behaviour, to enhance relationships and personal / work circumstances (both yours and those of others), and to influence future concerns / plans / situations for good.  

More advanced breathing, visualisation and meditation techniques are taught, and how to use intuition and affirmations to support your Reiki treatments.  

Reiki Workshop Times

This stimulating and comprehensive workshop is held over a weekend, 9.30 am - 4.30 pm on Saturday and 10.00 am - 5.00 pm on Sunday with an hour's break for lunch.  

Help and Support

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and lots of time to practise the various different techniques on yourself and on others in a supportive environment, including distant healing, so that you can go home at the end of the course feeling confident in your ability to use what you have just learnt in the "real" world.

The workshop includes a comprehensive manual.  Post-course advice and support is available to anybody needing further help and guidance as they begin to practise what they have learnt, regardless of when they did their training with me.  I place no time limit on this as it is very important to me that everybody really understands what they are doing and how to develop Reiki into a useful skill as they put the techniques into practice after the workshop.  

Students who have not done Reiki I with me are welcome to come for a tutorial prior to booking on the Reiki II course if there is anything they are unsure about after their Reiki I training.  I may also suggest this as an option if I do not think you have the same degree of knowledge and understanding as students have who have already studied Level I with me.
